About The Photographer

     Judge Peter F. Rogers ‘69 (Retired) is a legacy graduate of Franklin and Marshall College which includes three of his brothers and a nephew.  A Vietnam Era veteran, he served a two year (1969-71) tour of enlisted active duty followed by four years in the Naval Reserves.  Judge Rogers is a 1976 graduate of North Carolina Central University, School of Law.

     Judge Rogers served on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 1998 until his retirement in 2015.  Prior to being elected to the Bench, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Pa., Staff Attorney for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and a highly regarded Criminal Defense Attorney. A serious photography hobbyist since the 1980s, he recently launched his third career as a Fine Arts Photographer focusing on landscape, nature and architectural scenes.  His preferred print medium is Chromaluxe High Gloss Aluminum.
